Purpose of the role:
• Define high level business requirements across people, process, tech and data
• Defining and delivery of high-quality initiatives and continuous improvement, drive initial stages of project and validate through testing
Day to Day responsibilities:
- Business analysis planning, estimating effort, identification of stakeholders & stakeholder management
- Generating of business cases where appropriate
- Document detailed business and functional requirements and associated specifications
- Ensure requirements/specifications meet industry, quality and company standards
- Produce process models, maps and data flows diagrams
- Implementation of BA best practice to ensure
- Align with project team through coordination, collaboration, delegation and performance monitoring
Skills and Attribute:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Analyst
- BA qualification
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience in B2B and B2C operations
- Approachable, engaging and people focused
- Analytical and results driven
