Our Client are an established reputable employer within the construction Industry. They require a passionate and personable HR professional to support with all Employee Relations, HR Strategies and any projects for the HR function.
This role requires someone with sound knowledge of a Generalist HR role, providing comprehensive and professional advice, guidance and support to Directors, Line Managers, and employees across the business. It is imperative to have experience utilising a HR database and following strict processes and compliance.
The HR team are extremely friendly, sociable and work incredibly well as a unit. They work hard to guarantee a seamless running of the department to ensure the business and its employees are fully supported.
The responsibilities of this role span across the following areas: Employee life cycle, Recruitment, Training, Finance, Employee Relations, Data management and Reporting
Responsibilities:
· Supporting the Head of HR with the development and implementation of HR strategies to assist in maintaining and improving the business, employee experience and ensuring operational excellence.
· Taking responsibility in providing an excellent administrative service in a proactive and solution orientated manner.
· Ensuring employees receive appropriate support and guidance to maximise employee welfare and increase staff retention.
· Acting professionally at all times in order to promote and enhance the business reputation in an open, honest and transparent manner.
· Supporting line managers and directors with successful talent acquisition.
Attributes:
- 2 years experience at a similar HR level
- CIPD qualification
