This role will be fast paced and require a forward thinking recruiter to support a head-office of 600 staff.
This role requires an experienced Recruiter who can utilise their expertise to attract and retain talent while being motivated by diversity, inclusion and maintaining their reputation.
Responsibilities:
• End to End Recruitment- average of 20 roles at one time
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers
• Starter packs and Inductions for new employees
• Maintenance and reporting (including new starter entry, termination, application stats etc.)
• Utilising social media and other platforms to attract talent
• Learning and development; legislation compliance, additional training for staff
Attributes:
• 2 years internal recruitment experience
• Recruitment for manufacturing or medical would be highly beneficial
• Confident strategising to attract and retain talent
• Highly organised, dependable and professional
• A positive outlook and the ability to take ownership of work
