The suitable PA will have be proactive, flexible and work with precision, a mix of efficient yet laid back. Someone who enjoys traditional PA responsibilities mixed with business projects and events.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: ·

  • Sending emails and meeting invites on behalf of Director
  • Diary management, Drafting, redrafting and reviewing reports, letters and emails
  • Responsible for compiling and distributing Board Reports and Management Packs
  • Preparing pay related letters such as annual bonus and pay reviews, in conjunction with HR
  • Assisting Finance team with fundamental Admin tasks
  • Compiling presentations and documents to be issued on behalf of Director
  • Taking accurate minutes and actions at management and finance meetings and distributing to attendees ·
Qualifications
